Dear Moose Hill Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to Moose Hill School! We are very excited to start a new school year with you and your child. The teachers and staff have been very busy getting ready for the first day of school. You should have already received communication about back-to-school information and orientation from your child’s LEEP teacher. There is much to be excited about, and we are all looking forward to a wonderful and successful school year with your child. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. 

The following are the school hours for LEEP. For drop-off and pick-up, please park in a designated spot in the main front parking lot and walk your child across the crosswalk to the cone with your teacher’s name. There are plenty of parking spaces for our families. We ask that you avoid parking on the grass, in fire/no parking zones, or in handicap parking spots, unless you have a displayed handicap placard.

AM Preschool – 8:25 – 10:55 am PM PreK – 12:00 – 2:30 pm 

All required back to school forms will be completed in our updated Aspen Parent Portal 

(https://nh-londonderry.myfollett.com). An initial email was sent to families mid-August with details about accessing the Aspen Parent Portal. Forms can be completed by any parent/guardian with portal access.  

The following is a link to information and reminders from our School Nurse, Jessica Cordova. Please review this information about the operations of the Nursing Office including physical exams, immunizations, medication or treatment orders, health action plans, allergies, medical reasons requiring students to stay home, and so much more MH School Nurse Letter 2026-27. In addition, our Moose Hill School Nurse will complete vision/hearing screenings for PreK students. If you want your PreK child screened by the School Nurse, the vision/hearing release will be available in the first day packet. Just a reminder that our classrooms are peanut and nut product safe.

We are using PickUpPatrol to communicate dismissals, pick-up/transportation changes, and absences to the main office. We ask that this information be communicated directly to the main office either through PickUpPatrol or calling 603-437-5855. You are welcome to note absences in PickUpPatrol or by calling the student absence line at 603-437-5855 x7701. You should have received an email from PickUpPatrol with directions. A recent change in New Hampshire state law (Section 189-B:4) requires parental permission before a student can be recorded with either audio/video in a classroom or non-public co-curricular setting. Policy JRA Student Records and Information

The Londonderry School District designates the following student information as directory information: name, participation and grade level of students in recognized activities and sports, height and weight of student athletes, dates of attendance in the school district, honors and awards received, and photographs and videos of student participation in school activities open to the public.  

Directory information may be published in student yearbooks, school district websites, athletic publications, radio programs, television broadcasts, performing group graduation programs, and in the publication of achievement awards and honors for individual students. This information may also be disseminated to local newspapers in accordance with school sponsored sporting activities and/or programs.  

The Londonderry School District may disclose directory information if it has provided notice to parents (and eligible students) and has not received timely written notice refusing permission to designate such information as directory information.  To opt-out of student directory information discloser, please provide written notice to Superintendent Dan Black.
